Yearbook Design
On making a Yearbook booking you are allocated a dedicated designer who will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you achieve a leavers book to be proud of. Your designer will advise you on what is required for the content to create a bespoke yearbook to the highest professional standard.

Our designers have been creating Yearbooks for our schools for over 10 years. They are experienced in the whole process from organisation at the start, to print production at the end. You can feel assured you are in safe hands to complete the daunting task ahead. We do all the design work in software built for industry standards. Your dedicated designer will be in contact with you from the start to assist collecting the content such as images and student comments.
How it works:
Yearbook Style
Choose your layout and style of yearbook. Including how many profiles you want per page.
Content List
Write a contents list of everything you want to include and which order you want it in the book.
Cover Design
Decide a cover design, either commission an artistic student or one of our design team can produce the artwork for you.
Collect Content
Dedicate your team members to collect your content and start collating as soon as possible.
Yearbook Artwork
Send your content digitally to our team who will produce the yearbook.
Proof Read
We’ll send you a digital PDF copy for proof reading. We recommend at least 2 teachers to read the book and check for errors.
Final Approval
We’ll make any changes/correction to your yearbook and send you a PDF for final approval.
Yearbook Delivery
Once you have approved the yearbook we will print them and deliver them.
